Primary Care General Practitioner

As a Primary Care General Practitioner, you’ll deliver high-quality, evidence-based medical care across our Greater London clinics. You’ll oversee GP consultations, health screenings, clinical governance, and patient record management, ensuring safe, professional healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care & Clinical Standards
- Deliver evidence-based GP consultations and health screenings with the highest professional standards
- Ensure clear, empathic communication with patients, building trust and tailored care plans
- Maintain accurate, legally compliant clinical records in line with practice standards

Learning & Appraisal
- Stay updated with medical advancements and evidence-based practices
- Attend internal/external educational meetings, audits, and Trust appraisals
- Revalidate your GMC licence every year and adhere to professional standards
Regulatory & Policy Compliance
- Ensure CQC accreditation standards are met in all clinical activities
- Support policy development for primary care while ensuring compliance with company protocols
- Mentor colleagues (doctors/nurses) to exceed practice standards
Induction & Mentorship
- Assist in onboarding and training new nurses or doctors
- Provide supervision to ensure high professional conduct
Business & Client Development
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support sales efforts
- Cultivate client relationships and contribute to business growth

Requirements
Essential
- registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) and holding a valid Licence to Practise
- MRCGP qualification (or equivalent)
- demonstrated experience in regular in-person GP sessions (physical work required)
- excellent communication skills – both clinical and interpersonal
