GP Training Programme Director - Innovative Programmes & Expansion
We are looking for two TPD's to work two sessions each (currently delivered on a Thursday)
Role Overview
These roles involve working within the Thames Valley Deanery supporting GP trainees.
Responsibilities
- Delivery of the structured learning programme as well as expanding capacity of training placements within the Deanery.
- Supporting finding innovative ways of expanding capacity for learners and supervisors.
- Supporting and creating innovative training programmes and delivery of the Structured Learning Programme (normal Deanery day Tuesday, Structured learning day Thursdays).
- It may also include delivery of exam support via innovative programmes.
- Involvement in ARCPs and working closely with other TPDs to support our learners and trainers.
- Collaboration with other TPDs, an Associate Dean, the Head of School, and the Primary Care Dean.

Onboarding

Office Base
Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in our offices.
