Grad Operations Associate
CONTRACT | LONDON, OFFICE-BASED ALDGATE EAST | IMMEDIATE START | £14.80 per hour + over time
ABOUT THE COMPANY
Care providers across the UK are facing a workforce crisis -- demand for care is rising year on year while finding and retaining carers remains their biggest challenge. Our client has built a B2B SaaS platform that supports hiring, onboarding, sponsorship, and compliance all in one place, reducing admin burden and stress for care homes and local government providers alike.
Founded following a deeply personal experience of navigating care for a loved one, this is an early-stage, investor-backed company with strong customer growth and a mission that genuinely matters. They have a strong senior team from who are ex-Deliveroo, Cabinet Office, McKinsey, and Amazon.
THE ROLE
This is a hands-on contract role sitting close to senior leadership on a business-critical operational project. We are looking for someone sharp, highly organised, and ready to hit the ground running from day one. You'll be joining three other recent graduates who all come from a science, economics, and finance background.
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
