Graduate Account Executive (360 Sales) – Global Logistics
Location: Harrow, North West London (Field-Based, Client-Facing Role)
Salary: £30,000 - 35,000 Basic + £35,000-£45,000 OTE (Uncapped Commission)

Due to continued growth, they are looking for ambitious graduates and early-career professionals who are eager to build a long-term career in sales.
No industry experience is required. If you're motivated, driven, and willing to learn, full training will be provided.
The Opportunity
This is a true 360 Account Executive position, giving you exposure to the entire sales cycle from day one. You'll engage directly with business owners, attend face-to-face client meetings, and learn how to sell solutions that deliver genuine value by helping businesses reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with SME businesses across your territory
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to closing deals
- Conduct face-to-face client meetings and presentations
- Identify opportunities to help businesses reduce costs and improve their supply chains
- Demonstrate and sell a market-leading digital logistics platform
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Develop a strong pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets
