Junior Account Executive – Shipping & Logistics
Salisbury
£30,000 – £35,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £80,000+)

We’re partnering with a growing logistics business in Bedford that is looking to bring on Junior AEs to help drive their next phase of growth.
This is a full 360 sales role where you’ll own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and winning new business to building long-term client relationships—with the added benefit of lifetime commission on your accounts.

The Role
- Identify, target, and win new business across the shipping & logistics sector
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, and closing
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Develop a strong understanding of customer needs and logistics solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience in a sales or business development role (any sector considered)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A results-driven mindset with a hunger to earn
- Resilient, proactive, and motivated to succeed in a target-driven environment
- Interest in logistics, shipping, or supply chain is a plus—but full training will be provided
