Graduate Account Executive (Paid Media)

Graduate Account Executive – Maldon / Hybrid

Salary: Up to £25K + Benefits

We’re looking for graduate Account Executives in digital marketing and paid media to join our growing agency.

About the Role

Are you graduating this year with a degree in Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a similar subject? We are searching for a driven and analytical Graduate Account Executive to start your career in paid media and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Account Executive, you’ll assist in planning, delivering, and optimising digital campaigns across multiple client accounts. Your duties will include:

  • Supporting the planning and delivery of paid media campaigns
  • Assisting with campaign setup, monitoring, and optimisation
  • Analysing campaign performance and preparing client reports
  • Conducting audience, market, and competitor research
  • Working closely with senior colleagues to ensure successful campaign execution
  • Developing expertise in platforms like Meta and Google Ads
  • Supporting the day-to-day management of multiple client accounts

Requirements

  • A recent degree in Mathematics, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
