Graduate Account Manager

Location: Remote (UK) with occasional travel to customer sites and company offices

Salary: £32,000 basic + uncapped OTE

Launch Your Career in Customer Success & Account Management

We're working with a fast-growing UK technology business that develops innovative software solutions for the healthcare sector. Backed by significant investment and with an expanding customer base across the NHS, the business is looking for an ambitious Graduate Account Manager to join its Customer Success team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate who wants to build a career in account management, customer success, enterprise software, or SaaS. No previous sales or account management experience is required, full training and ongoing development are provided.

The Role

As a Graduate Account Manager, you'll support existing customers by building strong relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and helping ensure customers get the maximum value from their software solutions.

Rather than focusing on cold sales, this is a relationship-driven role where you'll become a trusted point of contact, helping customers achieve successful outcomes while identifying opportunities to support their future needs.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
