Account Manager Epsom | Hybrid Working (3 Days in Office)
£30,000 Base Salary + £15,000 OTE (Year One)

We're partnering with a fast-growing business that's looking for a relationship-focused Account Manager to join their team. Whether you're a graduate or have some customer-facing experience, you'll be given the training, support, and development needed to build a successful commercial career.
In this role, you'll inherit a portfolio of existing customers and focus on building strong relationships, securing renewals, protecting revenue, and spotting opportunities to grow accounts. No cold calling. No chasing strangers. Just great conversations with customers who already use the platform.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing a portfolio of approximately 150 existing customer accounts.
- Building strong relationships and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Leading renewal conversations and securing ongoing business.
- Identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services.
- Proactively managing customer engagement and reducing churn.
- Working closely with internal teams to deliver an exceptional experience.
- Monitoring account activity and ensuring customers achieve maximum value.
- Maintaining accurate account and pipeline records.
