Impact Student Partners specialises in placing tutors, mentors, and specialist support workers into higher education settings, helping students with disabilities succeed at university. As a CSG business, our commercial success directly supports social value and reinvestment into public services.
Why this role matters
As a Graduate Account Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting universities and students by matching them with the right specialist support professionals. This is a relationship-driven role, similar to an account manager position, with a strong focus on customer service, organisation, and communication.
You will manage relationships with students, candidates and university partners, building trust and ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the recruitment process. While previous recruitment experience is not required, an interest in recruitment and a desire to develop commercial skills is essential.
What You’ll Be Doing
Reasons to use Rodeo
I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
