As an AI Consultant, you’ll follow a tailored learning journey designed specifically for your role - equipping you with the technical skills, consultancy mindsets and industry‑recognised accreditations needed to excel in a rapidly evolving space.
Application Requirements
- Minimum predicted 2:1 degree. All degree backgrounds are welcome, but you’ll need an understanding of programming concepts, such as constructs, semantics and data structures.
- A keen interest in building a career in AI solution development, working with leading‑edge tools used across global organisations.
- Experience with Python is helpful, but skills in other programming languages are equally valued.
- Curiosity about AI technologies, including LLMs, SLMs and emerging agentic AI tools.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, or a willingness to learn.

About The Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of our clients; a global, Specialist Insurance firm, with headquarters in London and Houston, and with a rapidly growing team in Bridgend, Wales.
Working as Grayce Consultants, you will be deployed to our client to join their Product Engineering team, as an AI Analyst. In this exciting entry‑level position, the successful candidate will help explore how emerging AI technologies can transform end‑to‑end business processes, enhance customer and employee experiences, and unlock new ways of working beyond traditional automation.
Working closely with senior engineers, solution architects, and stakeholders from across the business, the Graduate AI Analyst will gain exposure to cutting‑edge AI tools, contribute to real-world use cases, and develop the foundations needed for a successful career in enterprise AI solution delivery.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build hands-on expertise with Microsoft Copilot Studio 365 and Microsoft Azure Foundry services to support the design, configuration, testing, deployment and maintenance of AI agents and conversational solutions.
- Work closely with senior engineers and solution architects to learn best practices, delivery approaches and tooling across the AI capability.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of AI assets, including prompts, agent configurations and documentation, aligned with agreed governance and standards.
- Support and help facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and requirements gathering activities with business and IT stakeholders.
- Build a working understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Small Language Models (SLMs), including when and how they should be used effectively in an enterprise environment.
- Participate in prompt engineering, drafting, testing and refining prompts under guidance to ensure solutions are safe, consistent and high‑quality.
- Become an active member of agile delivery teams -participating in stand-ups, refinement, retrospectives and contributing to sprint goals and deliverables.
