Graduate AI Product Orchestrator

Physical AI · Edge Reasoning · Software Defined Systems

The Role

As a Graduate Product Orchestrator you will own the complete lifecycle of intelligent product capabilities — from understanding customer problems through to design, AI-assisted development, validation and deployment. There are three pillars that define the system orientated work:

  • Understand & Define the System Work directly with customers and domain experts to translate operational challenges into precise requirements. Define use cases, acceptance criteria and success measures. Think like a business analyst with a systems engineering mindset.

  • Design & Architect the System Develop systems-level understanding of complex physical environments. Define capabilities, behaviours and component interactions. Model how humans, machines and AI agents work together. Maintain rigorous traceability from customer need through to implemented capability — because in safety-critical and mission-critical environments, you must always be able to show your reasoning.

  • Orchestrate & Deliver the System Direct AI-assisted development using Graphdome’s methodology. Decompose products into well-defined engineering tasks. Work with Claude to accelerate implementation while maintaining architectural integrity. Review, validate and take responsibility for everything that ships.

The Opportunity

This role exists because engineering is changing. The best engineers of the next decade will not be those who write the most code. They will be those who combine deep systems thinking with the ability to direct AI to produce, validate and deploy real software — at a speed and scale that was previously impossible for small teams.

At Graphdome, we call this an AI Product Orchestrator.

You will learn to work with AI — primarily Claude — as a genuine engineering partner. Not as an autocomplete tool, but as a force multiplier that you direct with precision: breaking down complex problems, maintaining architectural coherence, ensuring every decision is traceable back to a customer need. You will own products end to end, from the first customer conversation to deployment in demanding real-world environments.

This is a rare opportunity to develop a skill set that will define the next generation of engineering — mentored directly by Graphdome’s CEO and CTO.

Working With AI

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

This is worth its own section because it is central to what you will learn. Effective AI orchestration is a craft. It requires you to hold the system architecture clearly in your mind, decompose problems with precision, and know when generated output is good, when it needs refinement, and when the approach itself needs rethinking. A skilled Product Orchestrator working this way can deliver what previously required a team of five. But the multiplier only works when the human directing it genuinely understands the problem domain, the system design and the quality bar required. You will learn this systematically, on real problems, with direct mentorship. By the end of your first year you will have developed a fluency with AI-led engineering that most engineers will spend the rest of their careers trying to acquire.

Systems Engineering & Traceability

Graphdome operates in environments where rigour is not optional. You will develop habits of thought that many software engineers never acquire: maintaining a clear thread from customer requirement to system capability to implemented feature to validated behaviour. Every design decision documented. Every assumption made explicit. Every capability traceable to a need.

This discipline — combining domain knowledge, formal system design and AI-assisted implementation — is what makes Graphdome’s approach distinctive and what makes our products trustworthy in regulated, safety-critical environments.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking graduates or early-career engineers from backgrounds including Computer Science, Physics, Robotics, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Engineering or Systems Engineering. Experience in automotive, defence, Industry 4.0 or Robotics is an advantage but not a requirement What matters more is the kind of person you are:

  • You love understanding how things work at a systems level
  • You think in structures, relationships and interactions — not just components
  • You are precise in your thinking and clear in your communication
  • You take ownership and see things through
  • You are excited by AI as a genuine engineering tool, not a novelty
  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and learn rapidly and are self-starting
  • You want to build things that matter in the real world

Mentorship & Development

You will work directly alongside Graphdome’s CEO and CTO, both experienced practitioners in systems engineering and Physical AI. This is not a role where you will be handed tickets and left to get on with it. You will be mentored in Graphdome’s approach to systems thinking, knowledge representation, AI-led engineering, product ownership and delivery into safety-critical environments. Within 12 months you will have delivered real customer demonstrations and products, developed genuine expertise in AI-assisted engineering, and built the foundation of a career that most engineers are only beginning to imagine.

About Graphdome

Graphdome is building the next generation of Physical Reasoning AI.

Our platform, LLUMEN, delivers explainable and auditable reasoning for complex physical systems across automotive, defence and Industry 4.0. Where most of the AI industry is racing toward larger cloud models, we are taking a different path — reasoning at the edge, closer to where decisions are made, with dramatically lower infrastructure and energy demands. Our core belief is simple: AI should empower people, not replace them. Every system we build keeps humans in control, with AI surfacing insight and options while the operator retains decision authority.

You will work on real problems that matter. You will learn a way of engineering that is genuinely new. You will be part of a small, ambitious team defining what Physical Reasoning AI means in practice.

If you want to build the future own real products, work directly with the founders, learn AI-led engineering, meet customers, and receive equity in what you help create, we would love to hear from you.
