Are you ready to kickstart your career in environmental consultancy and make a real difference to the world around you? We’re looking for an ambitious Graduate Air Quality Consultant to join our dynamic Land Development team in Bristol.
This is your chance to work on a variety of exciting projects across residential, commercial, retail, industrial, mixed-use, and infrastructure developments. Responsibilities
As a Graduate Air Quality Consultant, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful projects that address air quality challenges. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting air quality assessments for planning applications.
- Performing road traffic emissions modelling and data analysis.
- Developing construction dust assessments and Dust Management Plans.
- Supporting air quality monitoring campaigns and fieldwork activities.
- Preparing technical reports and ensuring quality assurance.
- Contributing to odour risk assessments, greenhouse gas evaluations, and climate change assessments.
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Qualifications
We’re looking for someone ready to dive into the world of air quality consultancy and grow with us. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- A degree or Master’s in a relevant environmental, science, geography, or engineering discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- A proactive attitude and a passion for learning.
- The ability to manage time effectively and juggle multiple deadlines.
- A keen interest in air quality, planning, and environmental assessment.
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
Previous consultancy experience is a bonus, but not essential—we’ll provide all the training and support you need to thrive.
Day-to-Day

- Analyzing air quality data and running emissions models.
- Drafting technical reports to support planning applications.
- Collaborating with team members to brainstorm solutions for complex environmental challenges.
- Conducting site visits to monitor air quality and collect data.
