Job Description
12-month Fixed Term Contract
The EMEA Client Team at Russell Investments partners with institutional clients across the UK, Europe, and Middle East, delivering a full range of investment solutions and services.
As a Graduate Analyst, you will support client relationships, onboarding, and service delivery across the client lifecycle. This role offers broad exposure across the EMEA Client Team, with opportunities to work alongside Relationship Management, Client Service, and Sales teams. You will collaborate with colleagues across the firm, including investment teams, product, operations, and legal, to help deliver a high-quality client experience and support the growth and retention of client relationships.
This role is a 12-month fixed term contract, expected to start in July 2026.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities will vary depending on team placement, but will typically include:
- Supporting client relationships through preparation of presentations, reporting, and day-to-day coordination
- Assisting with onboarding new clients and supporting ongoing client lifecycle activities
- Responding to client and internal queries in a timely and accurate manner
- Contributing to new business efforts through research and preparation of materials
- Partnering with internal teams to ensure smooth operational delivery and strong client outcomes
- Supporting process improvements and projects to enhance client experience and scalability
- Building knowledge of the asset management industry, client segments, and market dynamics across EMEA

Graduate Development Experience
In addition to your day-to-day role, you will participate in a structured 12-month Graduate Analyst development programme designed to accelerate your growth in asset management. As part of a cohort of graduate analysts, you will engage in curated programming that builds your understanding of our business, the broader industry, and key technical and professional skills. This includes interactive learning sessions, collaborative group projects, and exposure to leaders across the organisation, all aimed at helping you build a strong foundation and prepare for long-term career success.

What We Are Looking For
- Undergraduate degree
- Strong interest in asset management, financial markets, and client-facing roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and as part of a team
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint in particular)
- A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn
