About the Client
Our client is a major institutional investor with a substantial global fixed income portfolio, active across infrastructure debt, project finance, and private credit markets. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to origination, execution, and portfolio monitoring within a well-regarded private credit function.
Key Responsibilities
Credit Analysis & Due Diligence
- Support analysis of new investment opportunities, including financial statements, IMs, and rating agency reports
- Assist with financial modelling and sensitivity analysis
- Contribute to credit memos and rating assessments

Transaction Execution
- Support legal documentation review alongside counsel
- Prepare materials for credit committees and client discussions
- Conduct relative value assessments using Bloomberg
- Maintain deal records and support KYC/compliance sign-off
Portfolio Monitoring
- Conduct annual and interim credit reviews
- Track issuer performance and macro developments
- Flag credit issues to senior team members where relevant
Market Engagement & Internal Collaboration
- Engage with bankers, advisors, and issuers on deal flow and market trends
- Support Portfolio Management on investor demand and client requests
- Assist with internal and external presentations

Candidate Profile
- Has 2-12 months of experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Solid Excel proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple tasks
- Genuine interest in infrastructure, project finance, or private credit
- Prior exposure to debt markets or financial services preferred
- Familiarity with Bloomberg preferred (training provided)
