Are you looking to launch your career in investment banking, corporate finance or M&A?
We're looking for a highly motivated Graduate Analyst to join our growing corporate finance advisory team.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work directly with experienced dealmakers, advising business owners on the sale of their companies and supporting acquisitions across a wide range of industries.
What you'll be doing:
- Financial analysis and valuation
- Company and industry research
- Preparing client presentations, pitch books and information memoranda
- Identifying and researching potential buyers and acquisition targets
- Supporting live M&A transactions from start to completion
- Building financial models and analysing market trends

Who we're looking for:
- Recent graduate in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline
- Candidates with internships in investment banking or corporate finance are encouraged to apply
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- A genuine interest in M&A and corporate finance
- Ambitious, proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
