About The Role
At Secure Trust Bank, we're looking for exceptional graduates who are curious, analytical and eager to make a real impact from day one.
This is not a traditional graduate scheme.
We're building a Graduate Analyst Talent Pool, bringing together high-potential graduates through a single assessment process. Successful candidates will be considered for immediate vacancies and, if not initially placed, will join our pre-qualified Graduate Talent Pool for future analyst opportunities as they become available across the Bank.
This means one application could open the door to multiple exciting career opportunities.

Successful candidates may be selected for one of our first two Graduate Analyst vacancies:
Graduate Credit Strategy Analyst
Help shape how we make responsible lending decisions by analysing portfolio performance, optimising credit strategies and supporting the development of advanced decisioning tools.
You'll gain exposure to:
- Credit strategy and risk analytics
- Decision science and predictive modelling
- Portfolio analytics
- Machine learning, AI and automation
- SQL, Python and modern analytical tools
Graduate Commercial & Marketing Analyst
Use data to drive customer growth and commercial performance by analysing marketing effectiveness, customer journeys and experimentation programmes.
You'll gain exposure to:
- Marketing and customer analytics
- Commercial strategy
- Customer segmentation and targeting
- A/B testing and experimentation
- SQL, Python and data visualisation
Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from graduates and final-year students who are passionate about using data to solve problems and create better outcomes for customers.
You'll likely be studying, or have recently completed, a degree in:
- Mathematics
- Statistics
- Data Science
- Computer Science
- Economics
- Physics
- Engineering
- Or another highly analytical discipline
We're particularly interested in candidates who demonstrate:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curiosity and a growth mindset
- An interest in data, technology, AI and automation
- The ability to communicate complex ideas clearly
- Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
- A willingness to challenge thinking and identify improvements
- A desire to learn and develop quickly

Candidates who successfully complete our assessment process but are not immediately appointed will join our Graduate Analyst Talent Pool. As new opportunities arise across our analytics, decision science, commercial, customer and risk functions, we'll be able to connect you with roles that match your skills and aspirations.
This gives you the opportunity to be considered for future analyst positions without repeating the recruitment process.
