Graduate Analyst

Marketing Effectiveness Analyst – UK and Ireland

Department: Marketing Effectiveness Location: UK

About the Role

Our team supports clients in measuring the marketing effectiveness or ROI of their advertising investments. We specialise in building analytical frameworks that help businesses optimise their marketing spend.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • A degree in maths, statistics, economics, or data science
  • At least 1–2+ years of hands-on experience designing and building Market Mix Models (MMM)

Ebiquity works with high-profile clients across sectors such as retail, automotive, financial services, and FMCG, providing meaningful career development opportunities for professionals who apply technical expertise to real-world challenges.


Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-impact analytical projects through robust data exploration, econometric modelling, and clear interpretation of results.
  • Mentor junior colleagues, graduates, and analysts in technical and practical skills.
  • Produce concise, insightful communications for clients, including presentations and documentation.
  • Automate and streamline data processing using existing tools and scripting in R.
  • Continuously build sector-specific knowledge in marketing effectiveness.
  • Ensure on-time delivery of projects while managing client expectations.
  • Present findings verbally and visually in PowerPoint for client audiences.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • A degree in maths, statistics, economics, or data science.
  • Strong coding proficiency in R.
  • Competency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Ability to communicate professionally at all levels.
  • Intellectually curious, open-minded, and proactive.
  • Excellent teamwork skills—comfortable collaborating in small groups.
