Are you a passionate problem solver? You've come to the right place. Graduate Analysts will be working in collaborative teams to provide implementation, support and insight for our clients. You'll have the opportunity to put your newly developed skills into practice, helping our clients overcome a variety of challenges. This role is suited to undergraduate/master's graduates who crave variety, challenge and an opportunity to explore different areas of our business.
Project exposure: Banking Operations, Business Analysis, Project Management Office, Systems and Application Support, System Integration, Software Testing, Financial Regulations, Client Lifecycle Management and Compliance.

Responsibilities
- Work with experienced teams to deliver technical solutions that create real value for clients
- Build experience across projects involving data management, financial engineering, and banking operations
- Collaborate with colleagues across teams and disciplines in a fast-moving environment
- Bring ideas, analysis, and problem-solving skills to real client challenges
- Develop practical experience in testing, troubleshooting, and supporting software systems

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree with a minimum of a 2.2
- No more than 1 year of professional experience, excluding placement or apprenticeship experience
- Nice to have: Knowledge of R Language and SQL
