About the Role
Are you a Building Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity?
This role involves a fantastic variety of projects, including:
- Building condition surveys
- Quinquennial inspections
- Report writing
- Schedules of repairs
- Planning and listed building applications
- Building regulation applications
- Tender packages
- Collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, local authorities, and statutory bodies
- Tackling technical challenges while working on diverse and engaging projects

Key Responsibilities
- Work on a wide range of buildings and projects.
- Engage in client relations and stakeholder collaboration.
- Support scheduled inspections and compliance processes.
- Draft comprehensive reports and documentation.
- Assist in licensing, permit, and regulatory applications.

Requirements
- Hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying.
- Be MRICS accredited or on track to achieving certification.
Our practice is based in Durham, and we welcome suitably qualified candidates to join our team.
