About the Role

Are you a Building Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity?

This role involves a fantastic variety of projects, including:

  • Building condition surveys
  • Quinquennial inspections
  • Report writing
  • Schedules of repairs
  • Planning and listed building applications
  • Building regulation applications
  • Tender packages
  • Collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors, local authorities, and statutory bodies
  • Tackling technical challenges while working on diverse and engaging projects

Requirements

  • Hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Building Surveying.
  • Be MRICS accredited or on track to achieving certification.

Our practice is based in Durham, and we welcome suitably qualified candidates to join our team.
