About The Role
This is a diverse architectural technologist role where you'll contribute to the design and delivery of our developments. Working across multiple stages of the technical design process within our in-house consultancy, you'll gain valuable insight as your designs progress from concept to implementation. This is a strong opportunity to develop your skills, share your ideas, and make a meaningful impact on the projects we develop and grow.

What You'll Be Doing
- Read, understand and comply with the Company procedures applicable to the Technical Department and job function.
- Support senior members in the production of essential working drawings, construction details and associated information for house types in line with planning drawings.
- Ensure designs meet Building Regulations and other regulatory requirements.
- Produce schedules of design information.
- Assist with the review and integration of manufacturers' details. Liaise with and assist senior members in obtaining, checking, amending and scheduling manufacturers' details.
- Assist in the preparation of forms and collate information for necessary applications.
- Support senior members in the preparation of CGIs and sales brochure.
- Ensure all working drawings and product specifications are completed and checked in accordance with the programme for the issue of site information.
- Have knowledge of company specifications, NHBC specifications, Robust Details, and Building Regulations.
- Accompany senior member on regular site visits to monitor and resolve technical and design matters.
- Support senior members in the preparation of SAP and HEM calculations and Part L compliance activities.

Skills & Knowledge You'll Bring
- Degree in Architecture/Architectural Technology or 2+ years relevant work experience.
- Core IT skills including packages such as Autocad, Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of current building regulations and NHBC requirements.
- Ability to produce simple working drawings.
- Good attention to detail, organisation and willingness to follow structured processes and standards.
- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude to learning, feedback and continuous development.
