Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP30,000

Duties For The Role Of Graduate Architectural Technologist Include
- Produce technical architectural drawings from planning layouts
- Work on and provide architectural design services to residential and commercial projects
- Produce detailed design information
- Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Skills and experience for the role of Graduate Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Relevant post-qualification experience is desirable
- Proficiency with Revit
- Good understanding of UK building regulations
- Good technical detailing and presentation skills
- Looking to gain CIAT chartership
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driver's license
