We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented early-career professional to join the Static Data team, supporting international settlements across multiple markets.
As an Analyst within the Static Data team, this role supports trades in international markets by setting up and maintaining Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) for different markets.
This entry-level to mid-level opportunity offers the chance to build foundational knowledge of capital markets operations, work with global stakeholders, and develop analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Process requests related to account setup, account maintenance, and securities modifications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality and adherence to established process requirements.
- Partner with Senior Analysts and team members to seek guidance, clarify issues, and support smooth workflow execution.
- Communicate with clients via email and phone to obtain process-related clarifications, and escalate matters promptly to the appropriate stakeholder when needed.
- Ensure adherence to market deadlines, regulatory requirements, and internal control procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of settlement activities.
- Support process improvement and automation initiatives within the team.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
- Strong academic performance with an interest in financial markets and operations.
- Basic understanding of financial products and trade lifecycle concepts is preferred, but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Internship or placement experience in financial services is advantageous, but not essential.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues with guidance and apply logical thinking.
- Strong attention to detail and clear, professional communication skills when working with internal stakeholders and diverse teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, take ownership of assigned work, apply risk awareness, demonstrate learning agility, and contribute positively within a team environment.
