Graduate Associate (Executive Search) with Languages – London

If you are graduating in 2026 and want a role that is commercial, people-focused and genuinely challenging from day one, this is worth a look.

This is an opportunity to join a high-performing executive search team working with global investment management businesses across financial services, technology and data.

You will not be sitting on the sidelines. You will be involved in live projects early, speaking to senior professionals and building real market insight from day one.

What you will be doing

  • Researching industries, companies and senior individuals across global markets
  • Mapping talent and building a clear picture of who the key players are
  • Speaking directly with senior professionals and building long-term relationships
  • Supporting live search projects and delivering high-quality client work
  • Learning how to influence hiring decisions at a senior level
