Entry-Level Business Development Representative (BDR) – London
£33,000–£35,000 base salary + uncapped commission

Our client is seeking ambitious, driven individuals to join their growing team as an Entry-Level Business Development Representative (BDR). The Opportunity
As an Entry-Level BDR, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth by identifying potential customers and creating opportunities for the wider sales team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, building relationships, understanding business challenges, and generating interest in solutions that can add real value. Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll receive hands-on training and mentorship designed to help you develop into a top-performing commercial professional.

What You'll Be Doing
- Researching and identifying prospective clients across a variety of industries
- Engaging with key decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Building strong relationships and creating positive first impressions
- Qualifying opportunities by understanding business needs and challenges
- Booking meetings and generating opportunities for the wider sales team
- Collaborating closely with Account Executives and senior sales professionals
- Maintaining accurate records using CRM and sales engagement platforms
- Learning modern prospecting and consultative sales techniques
- Working towards individual and team targets within a supportive environment
Who We're Looking For
