Are you a recent Building Surveying graduate looking to kick-start your career with a supportive and well-established consultancy? The Role
Responsibilities
As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you'll work alongside experienced surveyors, supporting the delivery of a wide variety of professional and project-based surveying services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with building surveys and inspections
- Preparing reports and technical documentation
- Supporting project management on refurbishment and maintenance schemes
- Carrying out defect diagnosis and condition surveys
- Assisting with contract administration duties
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and consultants
- Developing your knowledge of building regulations and construction best practice
- Working towards chartership with full APC support
