Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Graduate Business Development Executive at Lexacom. The role involves researching target markets, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting the creation of prospect lists. Day-to-day tasks include qualifying inbound and outbound leads, conducting discovery calls, and booking product demonstrations for senior sales colleagues. The Graduate Business Development Executive will nurture early-stage relationships, maintain accurate records in CRM systems, and collaborate with marketing on campaigns to drive lead generation. The role also includes supporting account management activities, preparing sales materials, and contributing to continuous improvement of outreach processes.

- New Business Development and Lead Generation skills to identify, qualify, and progress new opportunities.
- Business and Account Management skills to understand customer needs, support ongoing relationships, and contribute to long-term growth.
- Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and confident phone and video call etiquette.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong time management, organization, and attention to detail.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Interest in enterprise software, healthtech, or professional services solutions, with a willingness to learn technical product features.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software; experience with sales or outreach tools is an advantage.
- A collaborative, goal-oriented mindset with resilience when working toward targets and handling rejection in a professional manner.
