Our solutions are trusted by leading brands across 150+ countries and 50 languages, serving industries such as professional services, insurance, consulting, hospitality, retail, and pharmaceuticals. Partners include Circle K, Starbucks, BSH, Travelers, Zurich Insurance, Oliver Wyman, PwC, and Boehringer Ingelheim.

Backed by funding from Lugard Road Capital, DX Ventures, and Viking Venture, we are now aggressively expanding our commercial team. With 70+ team members in London, we’re seeking motivated individuals to join our fast-growing business development team and play a key role in our global expansion.


The Role: Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll:

  • Drive Attensi’s global ambitions, generating new opportunities and nurturing prospects.
  • Work closely with Business Development Directors to deliver go-to-market strategies.
  • Execute cold lead generation campaigns, refining messaging and delivering qualified leads.
  • Engage with prospects, ensuring they progress through the sales pipeline.
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives, including events, conferences, and digital campaigns.
  • Gain exposure to multiple industries and customer segments, with room to specialise over time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Opportunity Creation

    • Build targeted contact lists and cold outreach campaigns with Business Development Directors.
    • Qualify inbound enquiries and nurture hot prospects.
  • Prospect Engagement & Pipeline Management

    • Maintain direct communication with leads, keeping them engaged and ready for sales conversion.
    • Support team-wide efforts to grow and refine Attensi’s opportunity pipeline.
  • Event & Digital Marketing Support

    • Assist in industry events and conferences to promote our training solutions.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance the success of digital outreach (e.g., inbound leads, social selling).
  • Collaboration & Performance Tracking

    • Liaise with Business Development Directors (BDDs) to align on strategy and outcomes.
    • Utilise CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track activities and performance metrics.

Ideal Background

✖ Not mandatory—but a major plus**

  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with relevant work experience.
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or business development (newbies with strong drive also welcome!).
  • Proficiency in English (dominant), with fluency in Norwegian/Swedish/Danish a help (European applicants).
