About the Role
As a Graduate Business Development Specialist, you’ll be out there making things happen – prospecting, starting conversations, and building a strong pipeline of sales opportunities.
- Identifying and reaching out to high-potential prospects
- Turning them into active new clients
- Keeping the sales momentum going with existing accounts and warm leads generated by our marketing team
- Whether it’s reactivating old clients, building solid relationships, or spotting new ways to grow revenue, you’ll play a big part in our growth

We’re looking for someone with a real drive to succeed – proactive, persistent, and not afraid to chase a target. The role is fast-paced, target-driven, and perfect for someone who loves the buzz of providing customers with great product solutions, closing deals and seeing results.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Native-level Portuguese speaker
- A proactive hunter mentality with a passion for winning new business
- Resilient and motivated in a target-driven sales environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills via phone and email
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify client needs
- Organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM

About our Offer:
- Basic salary up to £28,000 + Uncapped commission (Typically £10k in year one)
