Graduate Business Manager

£30,000 – £33,000


The Role

  • Rotate through the entire business ecosystem, mastering Supply Chain, Warehouse Logistics, and specialized IT Software used for inventory and distribution.
  • Drive revenue through face-to-face Sales at the trade counter, building rapport with electricians, contractors, and housing developers.
  • Transition into Internal Sales & Account Management, utilizing cold calling and lead generation techniques to secure high-value B2B accounts.
  • Graduate into Field Sales Management (12 months+), taking full ownership of a client territory and driving business growth through strategic relationship management.
  • Manage complex Business Analysis tasks, including purchasing, budgeting, and Profit & Loss (P&L) accountability for your own business unit.

What You’ll Need

  • A recent university degree in any discipline (Business, Management, or Economics preferred), with a strong desire for a career in Sales.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the confidence to negotiate with sophisticated business stakeholders and tradespeople.
  • A competitive, results-oriented mindset with a clear focus on meeting and exceeding Performance KPIs.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence is essential as the role progresses to Field Sales and client site visits.
  • Natural leadership potential with the resilience to handle cold-calling and complex business development cycles.
