This is a significant and exciting new role for Lawbox. You will be at the forefront of our digital evolution, tasked with designing and implementing automated workflows using AI that will transform the way we work. If you are proactive, hungry to challenge the status quo, and passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, we want to hear from you.

role description

Day-to-day, the apprentice will assist in mapping and improving business workflows, identifying opportunities for AI and automation, and helping implement tools that streamline legal design and service delivery. The role includes gathering and analysing operational data, preparing reports and documentation, and collaborating with legal experts, creatives, and UX designers to ensure processes are efficient and user-centred. The apprentice will also contribute to customer support and communication activities, helping translate complex operational changes into clear messages for internal stakeholders and clients. This position offers hands-on learning in business operations, AI-enabled process improvement, and legal design, with mentorship from experienced team members.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
