Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct client presentations, workshops, and drive pricing and negotiations with the client
- Provide necessary input for building alliances with relevant product / service vendors
- Develop and generate potential opportunities in different retail segments, such as grocery, DIY, pharmacy, etc. in UK and Ireland
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting relationship with key potential customers and eco-system partners
- Responsible for assisting in achieving sales targets for the Hanshow UK region
- Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to improve the order fulfillment efficiency and forecast accuracy
- Research into the UK and Ireland market and develop and implement the strategic business plans for your markets to hit monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Internal communications with the UK and EU colleagues including presales, supply chain, after sales and marketing teams
- Explore and attend retail or other related exhibitions to promote Hanshow solutions and values

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Committed to continuous learning through workshops, seminars, and conferences
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization
- Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
- Mandarin language skills (spoken and written) are desirable but not essential
