Location: Remote, United Kingdom Salary: £25,000–£30,000 Type: Full-time, permanent Experience level: Entry level

Kite Strategies is looking for an organised graduate to support the founders across research, content, communications, and day-to-day business operations.

This is a broad role for someone who writes clearly, works quickly, and is comfortable handling different tasks across a growing company.

Responsibilities

  • Research companies, industries, publications, and potential clients.
  • Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and internal trackers.
  • Support content production across our publication network.
  • Review information and check content for accuracy.
  • Assist with LinkedIn content and company communications.
  • Organise files, tasks, and operational processes.
  • Use AI tools to complete research and administrative work efficiently.
  • Support the founders with general business tasks as priorities develop.

What we are looking for

  • A recent graduate or someone at a similar early-career stage.
  • Strong written English and attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and reliable.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and online tools.
  • Able to work independently in a remote role.
  • Interest in media, communications, business, or technology.
  • Comfortable working in a small company where responsibilities can change.
  • Previous experience in PR, media, or operations is useful but not required.
