Kite Strategies is looking for an organised graduate to support the founders across research, content, communications, and day-to-day business operations.
This is a broad role for someone who writes clearly, works quickly, and is comfortable handling different tasks across a growing company.
Responsibilities
- Research companies, industries, publications, and potential clients.
- Maintain spreadsheets, databases, and internal trackers.
- Support content production across our publication network.
- Review information and check content for accuracy.
- Assist with LinkedIn content and company communications.
- Organise files, tasks, and operational processes.
- Use AI tools to complete research and administrative work efficiently.
- Support the founders with general business tasks as priorities develop.

What we are looking for
- A recent graduate or someone at a similar early-career stage.
- Strong written English and attention to detail.
- Highly organised and reliable.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and online tools.
- Able to work independently in a remote role.
- Interest in media, communications, business, or technology.
- Comfortable working in a small company where responsibilities can change.
- Previous experience in PR, media, or operations is useful but not required.
