Graduate Business Trainee

Graduate Programme – now & co (Manchester City Centre)

At Now & Co, we’re opening a limited intake of 10 graduate positions, offering an accelerated pathway into business, marketing, and management for graduates returning in 2025/26. This opportunity is closing soon.


The Opportunity

Designed for ambitious graduates, this programme provides an accelerated entrepreneurial foundation across four core pillars:

  • Sales and client acquisition
  • Interviewing, recruitment, and team development
  • Training and performance management
  • Leadership, strategy, and business operations

No prior sales or marketing experience is required—full product training is provided for every engagement, alongside:

  • Mentorship from experienced leaders
  • Open-door policy with senior management
  • Supportive, high-performance work environment

Your First 4 Weeks Will Include

Rapid immersion in real work:

  • Representing globally recognised brands across event-based (B2B), residential, and digital platforms
  • Delivering face-to-face presentations as part of a team
  • Engaging clients (existing and potential) through confident communication
  • Registering product/service interest and closing initial contacts
  • Working towards individual and team performance targets
