Graduated in 2025/26 and still exploring your next move?

As graduate opportunities tighten, standing out — and securing the right role — matters more than ever.

At Now & Co, we’re opening a limited intake of 10 graduate positions, offering an accelerated pathway into business, marketing, and management. This opportunity is closing soon.

The Opportunity

This programme is designed for ambitious graduates who want more than an entry-level role. You’ll be trained across the four core pillars of entrepreneurship, gaining practical experience that builds a foundation for long-term success in business — whether that’s within our organisation or in future ventures.

You’ll develop real-world skills in:

  • Sales and client acquisition
  • Interviewing, recruitment, and team development
  • Training and performance management
  • Leadership, strategy, and business operations

No prior sales or marketing experience is required. Full product training is provided for every client and campaign, alongside ongoing mentorship, an open-door leadership policy, and a supportive, high-performance environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
