You Would Need
- Ideally holding a Civil Engineering degree grade 2:1 or above, or in your final year studying toward this qualification.
- Good communication skills.
- Enthusiastic and ambitious to learn and progress your career.
- A problem solver, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

In Longbridge, you’ll join an established team of Civil Engineers and Technicians. Our modern open-plan office is located within Longbridge town centre and all its amenities, whilst also having excellent links to the transport network. You’ll work on a variety of challenging and interesting schemes from inception through construction, to completion, across a range of sectors. With the support of senior colleagues, you’ll be involved in the production of engineering drawings, reports, and calculations. Our Graduate Training Programme will help to underpin your progression and give you the necessary skills to undertake the role. You’ll be encouraged to join our ICE training scheme and receive mentoring and support to work toward Incorporated or Member status.
