Graduate Civil Engineer
Temporary Asset Management Survey Role – Barking & Dagenham
A temporary contract across designated areas in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular driven inspections of road signs and street furniture
- Identify and document any missing street signs and record:
- Damage
- Vandalism
- Deterioration
- Assess maintenance needs, including:
- Repairs
- Replacements
- Upgrades
- Compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate records and reports of inspection findings
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to:
- Schedule repairs
- Prioritise tasks
- Monitor and report on progress of repair works
- Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders to resolve issues
