Civil Infrastructure Engineer: Swansea

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering consultancy in Swansea that's built an excellent reputation for delivering innovative infrastructure solutions across residential, commercial, education, and mixed-use developments. With a friendly and collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills while working on projects that make a real difference.
Whether you've gained one or two years of consultancy experience, this is a fantastic opportunity for a Civil Infrastructure Engineer looking to broaden their experience and progress their career in a supportive environment.

What You'll Be Doing
- Designing highways, drainage, and infrastructure solutions for a variety of developments.
- Producing technical drawings, calculations, and reports.
- Working closely with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Assisting with project delivery from concept through to construction.
- Developing your technical knowledge with support from experienced engineers.
What We're Looking For
- 1-2 years experience as a Civil Infrastructure Engineer within a consultancy environment.
- Knowledge of highways and drainage design principles.
- Experience using software such as Civil 3D, MicroDrainage/InfoDrainage, or similar is advantageous.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a desire to continue learning.
