We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Engineer to join our exceptional team. This role offers a unique opportunity to begin your engineering career, work on prestigious projects, and contribute to infrastructure development while maintaining our commitment to engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Project Involvement: Assist in various engineering projects from inception to completion. Support project teams and contribute your knowledge and fresh perspective. Help ensure projects adhere to specified timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Design and Analysis: Participate in engineering analysis and design for various projects including infrastructure, transportation, and utilities. Utilise state-of-the-art software and tools for modelling and analysis under supervision. Regulatory Compliance: Learn and apply local, national, and international regulations and codes. Assist in obtaining necessary permits and approvals for projects. Client Interaction: Support positive client relationships through effective communication and project support. Collaborate with clients to understand their project objectives and provide support in delivering tailored solutions. Team Collaboration: Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural engineers, and environmental experts. Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Quality Assurance: Support the maintenance of precision and integrity in engineering designs by following rigorous quality control procedures. Help review and endorse project deliverables to uphold the highest standards. Innovation: Stay informed about industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices. Contribute to innovative engineering solutions and sustainable practices.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field). Previous internship or work experience in engineering is an advantage but not required. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and basic structural analysis tools is a plus. Knowledge of engineering principles, construction methodologies, and materials. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and excellence in engineering practices.
