Are you a recent graduate, or graduating this summer and planning to start a PGCE or teacher training in the near future?
Milk Education is supporting a range of secondary schools who are looking for motivated graduates wanting to build real classroom experience before beginning their training. This is the perfect stepping stone into teaching.
The Role
As a Graduate Classroom Assistant / Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Support teaching and learning across different subjects
- Lead pre-planned lessons when teachers are absent
- Build confidence managing classroom behaviour
- Work with pupils of varying abilities to support progress
- Develop practical teaching skills that PGCE providers value
- Gain invaluable insight into school life, behaviour, and curriculum
- Build strong relationships with staff and students
