Graduate Client Experience Manager

With 120+ employees and an enviable client list, we’re looking for a Graduate Client Experience Manager to help our customers get maximum value from our platform and, as a result, better understand and engage with the UK’s fastest-growing companies. You’ll join a close-knit team in the heart of Nottingham city centre and go through extensive training to set you up for success.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Working with people: chatting to clients from banks, universities, government bodies and more, helping them navigate the platform and get what they need
- Training: running tailored, engaging sessions that explain complex things clearly
- Organising & improving: juggling tasks, smoothing processes, and suggesting better ways of doing things
- Spotting opportunities: flagging useful add-ons or features to our Account Managers when you see a chance to up- or cross-sell
- Ensuring value: making sure clients have a great experience so they stay with us year after year

We’re looking for someone with
- A university degree (any discipline)
- Stellar people skills: emotionally intelligent, a great listener, naturally friendly and curious
- Proactivity and ownership: ambitious, organised, and comfortable taking charge of your workload
- Bonus experience: customer service, hospitality, tutoring or teaching (any people-focused roles welcome!)
