Graduate Client Experience Manager

At Beauhurst

At Beauhurst, we're on a mission to become a global data company that helps organisations discover and work better with ambitious, high-growth companies. With 120+ employees and an enviable client list, we’re looking for a Graduate Client Experience Manager to help our customers get maximum value from our platform and, as a result, better understand and engage with the UK’s fastest-growing companies. You’ll join a close-knit team in the heart of Nottingham city centre and go through extensive training to set you up for success.

Day-to-day responsibilities

  • Working with people: chatting to clients from banks, universities, government bodies and more, helping them navigate the platform and get what they need
  • Training: running tailored, engaging sessions that explain complex things clearly
  • Organising & improving: juggling tasks, smoothing processes, and suggesting better ways of doing things
  • Spotting opportunities: flagging useful add-ons or features to our Account Managers when you see a chance to up- or cross-sell
  • Ensuring value: making sure clients have a great experience so they stay with us year after year

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
