The Role
As a Graduate Client Manager, you’ll take your first step into client management within a creative studio environment. You’ll support our Client Management team by helping keep projects moving, clients informed, and teams aligned.
Alongside client work, you’ll also get involved in Studio-led initiatives that elevate Symphony Talent’s creative presence in the market - from case studies to thought leadership and internal projects.

Requirements
What You’ll Do
Client Support
- Help keep client projects moving, supporting day-to-day communication, coordinating requests and making sure everyone’s aligned.
Project Coordination
- Track progress, support resourcing and scheduling, flag issues early, and help keep projects organised and on track.
Internal Studio Initiatives
- Get involved in Studio-led content and initiatives, working with Marketing to help bring our work and culture to life.
Learning & Development
- Build a strong understanding of our clients and brands, while learning how employer branding work gets planned, delivered and measured.
Commercial Awareness
- Learn how creative work is scoped, budgeted and tracked, and support the team in spotting opportunities to work smarter.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work closely with teams across the Studio, contribute to a positive, collaborative culture, and bring fresh thinking to problem-solving.

What You Bring
- A recent graduate degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field
- Strong communication and organisational skills with attention to detail
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with confidence
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a willingness to learn
- Comfort working collaboratively and taking guidance from senior team members
- Basic project management knowledge is a bonus, but not essential
