At Symphony Talent, we help our 900+ clients worldwide connect with people in ways that matter. We combine insight, creativity and technology to build employer brands that attract, engage and retain talent - and we do it with people firmly at the centre.

The Studio at Symphony Talent is where our strategy comes to life - turning insight into bold ideas, and ideas into work that shows up across the entire candidate journey. Client Managers play a key role here, helping translate client needs into clear direction for creative teams, and keeping work moving smoothly from brief to delivery. Everything we do is backed by our tech and media capabilities, so our work doesn’t just look good, it delivers real results.

With teams across New York, London, Bangalore and Belfast, we work globally, with a hands-on, collaborative culture that values curiosity, ownership and learning.

The Role

As a Graduate Client Manager, you’ll take your first step into client management within a creative studio environment. You’ll support our Client Management team by helping keep projects moving, clients informed, and teams aligned.

Alongside client work, you’ll also get involved in Studio-led initiatives that elevate Symphony Talent’s creative presence in the market - from case studies to thought leadership and internal projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
