The Role and Responsibilities
As a Graduate Commercial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Commercial team and Sales function. You’ll learn how pricing and quotations work in practice and develop strong analytical and commercial skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Sales teams with technical queries and pricing requests
- Creating non-standard quotations using structured processes
- Assisting with pricing analysis and customer quotations
- Responding to customer queries and requests quickly and professionally
- Working closely with teams across the business to build strong relationships
- Contributing to projects and identifying opportunities to improve processes

Development and Growth
A structured training plan and support would be in place to develop this individual within their role in line with the overview below:
- Year 1: build core skills in pricing, systems and product knowledge
- Year 1-2: Progress to a fully independent Commercial Team Member
- Year 2-3: Develop into a more senior role within the team handling more complex work
Following this and further into the future there may then be other opportunities for career development with examples being progression into management or opportunities in other areas of the business.
What We Are Looking For
We’re looking for motivated graduates (or those with equivalent experience) who are eager to learn and build a career in a commercial environment.
You’ll be a great fit if you:

- Are analytical, organised and confident with numbers
- Communicate clearly and enjoy working with others
- Show initiative and problem-solving ability
- Are comfortable using Microsoft Office tools

Qualifications
- A degree ideally in Business, Economics or a related field preferred
- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Placements or internship experience are a plus but not essential

Additional Information
Please note that this role is full-time and office based at our facility in Sheffield. We are currently based in S8 but will be relocating to our new purpose built facility in S60 as of Q3/Q4 of 2026. The successful candidate should be able to commute to both sites.
