Graduate Commercial Analyst
Role: Business Intelligence Analyst / Financial Reporting Analyst

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
Reporting & Analysis
- Deliver timely financial and operational reporting within agreed deadlines
- Develop and enhance existing reporting frameworks, KPIs, and analytical tools to support leadership decision-making
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to:
- Identify key performance trends
- Highlight business risks & opportunities
- Prepare monthly trading review packs and consolidate end-of-month financial performance
- Maintain data integrity by cleansing and validating source data to ensure a single truth in reporting
Collaborative Work
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across:
- Group Finance
- Accounting & Financial Control
- Commercial Finance
- Sales & Marketing

Person Specification Requirements
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Degree-level education (preferably mathematics, statistics, finance, or economics) or equivalent experience
- Strong technical proficiency with:
- Excel (advanced spreadsheets, databases, formulas)
- Reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Cognos)
- Rigorous attention to detail with a data-driven mindset
- Curious and proactive problem-solver

- Approachable, dynamic yet reliable – ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strict time management and a growth-oriented attitude
- Taking personal responsibility for duties and actively seeking career development
