Role Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Graduate Commercial Associate to drive new business growth, reporting directly to the Head of Sales (Europe). This role will work across the Commercial team and partners, fostering collaboration within fast-paced, dynamic conditions.

What You Will Be Doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales targets – Consistently meet sales KPIs and revenue objectives.
  • Outreach & Engagement: Proactively reach out via phone, email and social media to key decision-makers, securing new business opportunities (some in-person meetings, as appropriate).
  • **Presenting & Demoing:**Deliver product demos and pitches for Fresha’s solutions to prospective and existing partners.
  • Full Sales Cycle: Lead the entire sales process, from initial prospecting to closing.
  • Partner & Needs Alignment: Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to tailor Fresha’s offerings to partners’ specific goals.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience for partners.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about emerging industry trends and share insights.
  • Partner Liaison: Serve as the primary commercial contact for partner businesses.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • 1-year minimum experience in B2B sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong relationship-building and sales hunting instincts.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, prioritise tasks and manage time responsibly.
  • Natural curiosity with a desire to continuously develop skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Fluency in English + one additional language (publishable).
  • Any experience within beauty, wellness or SaaS/technological solutions.

Interview Process

  1. Screen Call – 30-minute video call with the Talent Team.
  2. Skills-focused Interview – 30-minute event (video/onsite) with Team Leads.
  3. Technical/strategic Presentation – 60-minute interview with Team Leads + GM (UK/Ireland).

Full feedback provided within 2 weeks.
