About the Program
Our Graduate Commercial Program has been designed to develop the next generation of commercial leaders. The 12-month program is designed to unlock your potential and provide a strong foundation for a thriving career in the fintech industry.
Successful candidates will join one of the following pathways:
- Marketing
- Sales
- Account Management
Throughout the program, you will work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to live projects and develop the commercial, analytical and leadership skills needed to build an outstanding career.
This structured journey ensures you gain end-to-end business exposure, building the confidence and capability to accelerate your career within TEG.

This program is designed for exceptional graduates with an outstanding academic record. To be considered, applicants must have:

- A minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or be completing a postgraduate qualification following a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree).
- A minimum of As and Bs at A-Levels.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Applications that do not meet these minimum academic requirements will not be progressed.
Languages (desirable):
- English plus one of: Romanian, German, Spanish, French, or Polish

Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time, Graduate & Postgraduate Program (minimum 2:1)
- Role Location: Bewley House, Marshfield Road, Chippenham, Wiltshire, SN15 1JW
- Long Term Location: London King's Cross (following successful completion of the Operations Rotation in the Chippenham Office for 6- 9 months)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday onsite, 9:00am – 5:30pm
- Work Authorisation: United Kingdom (required)
