What's the package?
· £28,000-£30,000 base salary · Annual profit sharing scheme · 25 days holiday & bank holidays · Pension
What will I do as a sales trainee?
Based from their Colchester office your role as a Commercial Trainee would initially see you learn all aspects of the business. You will go on a journey in this role, with the first 3 months being mainly focused on product and sales training. After this time to be introduced to your sales targets. You will be representing their full range of products over the phone which include a variety of premium brands.

As you progress within the role, opportunities to move into external sales or management can become available.
What are the company looking for?
This is an entry level sales role, no previous experience is required. The company are looking for someone enthusiastic, motivated and able to build relationships with anyone.
