Joining a well-established independent property consultancy with a strong reputation across the East of England, you'll become part of a growing Commercial Agency team that advises a wide range of investors, developers, landlords and occupiers across some of the region's most active commercial property markets.

The Role
- Assist with the sale and letting of office, industrial, retail, R&D and mixed-use property.
- Carry out inspections, viewings and market research.
- Support negotiations and transactions through to completion.
- Work closely with experienced surveyors and gain exposure to a varied client base and broad range of instructions.
- Receive full APC support if working towards chartership.
About You
- RICS-accredited degree or working towards a relevant property qualification.
- Graduate Surveyor or recently qualified MRICS.
- Strong interest in commercial property.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proactive, motivated and keen to learn.
- Full UK driving licence.
