A specialist college within one of London's leading academy trusts is looking for an ambitious Graduate Community Engagement Officer to help shape student life, build community partnerships and create opportunities that make a genuine difference for young adults with SEND.
This isn't a graduate role where you'll spend your days making coffee or updating spreadsheets. As a Graduate Community Engagement Officer, you'll lead projects, organise events, build relationships with businesses across Kingston upon Thames, and become an important part of the college's leadership around student engagement.

What You'll Be Doing
As Graduate Community Engagement Officer, You'll
- Build partnerships with businesses and organisations across Kingston upon Thames
- Organise student events, enrichment activities and educational trips
- Develop exciting opportunities for young adults with SEND
- Support student voice, leadership projects and Student Ambassadors
- Help grow the college's alumni network
- Work alongside senior leaders to improve the student experience
- Represent the college within the local Kingston upon Thames community

Graduates in Education, Psychology, Business, Marketing, Events Management, Sports Management, Sociology, Criminology, Communications, Public Relations and related subjects are all encouraged.
Knowledge of Kingston upon Thames or existing links within the local community would be an advantage.
