Graduate Compliance & Assurance Analyst
Compliance & Assurance Graduate / Early-Carer Position – Starter Role (Remote, with occasional travel)
Location: Remote (with occasional travel)
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 + benefits
Contract type: Full-time, permanent

You don’t need prior experience—just curiosity and enthusiasm!

This is a permanent role with a clear career path in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).
Responsibilities
As part of our Compliance team, your role will focus on ensuring Cyberfort maintains the highest standards of security, governance, and regulatory compliance.
You’ll be involved in:
- Supporting internal audits, including learning how to assess compliance
- Working with business teams to enhance processes and controls
- Assisting with customer and supplier assurance activities
- Contributing to investigations and root cause analysis
- Maintaining compliance documentation and frameworks
- Gaining hands-on experience across audit, risk, and governance

Requirements
We’re looking for ambitious, detail-oriented candidates with:
Academic Background
- A degree (or equivalent) in:
- Cyber security
- IT
- Business
- Law
- Related fields
Skills & Attributes
- Strong attention to detail
- Analytical mindset
- Excellent communication (including report writing)
- Interest in cyber security, compliance, or auditing
- Proactive and eager to learn
No prior compliance or auditing experience is required—industry knowledge is optional. Your willingness to learn and thrive in a demanding yet supportive culture** is what counts.
