Job Description

We’re looking for a Graduate Project Manager in our Southampton office. As part of our Project Management Team, you’ll support exciting projects across multiple sectors—education, healthcare, sports facilities, residential, and transport—for both public and private sector clients.

In this role, you’ll assist Senior and Associate Project Managers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects, from concept to operation. The Project Manager is the key interface between clients, design teams, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

As a Graduate Project Manager, you’ll:

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to align expectations and deliverables.
  • Coordinate procurement processes and manage supplier relationships.
  • Assist Senior Project Managers in decision-making, project planning, and risk management.
  • Administer contracts, track project data, and maintain documentation.
  • Coordinate the project team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Plan and execute site visits, client meetings, and progress updates.
  • Report on project progress, costs, and project stages to stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
